Metro Storage has been supporting a number of charities in the Sydney local areas. Now, Metro Storage is partaking in Steptember 2017! This event is organised by Cerebral Palsy Alliance. Steptember is a charity event that challenges people to take 10,000 steps a day for 28 days straight in the month of September.

Steptember is a great way to increase your fitness levels, develop new healthy habits, have a great time with friends, and raise incredibly important funds to support people living with cerebral palsy (CP) right across Australia. Steptember starts on Monday September 4, 2017 and ends at midnight on Sunday October 1, 2017.
Metro Storage and Steptember
Metro Storage is encouraging all team members to partake and record the number of steps taken in a day and log steps online on the Steptember website. We will keep our customers up to date with our progress on social media: Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
Additionally, in every Metro Storage facility our customers will be able to donate in the collection jars on our reception counters. The money raised will be donated to Cerebral Palsy Alliance. Please help us support children with cerebral palsy.

Steptember challenge is over and the Team at Metro Storage has done their best to raise funds for the Cerebral Palsy Alliance.
Have a look at how many steps we made, how many calories we burnt and how much distance we travelled!
It was great to be a part of this initiative, and although it was quite a challenge to get 10,000 steps a day, knowing that it's all for the worthy case made it much easier.
Metro Storage is thankful to everyone who donated money into our jars. Across Australia more than $5,000,000 has been raised by collective efforts of individual heroes to big companies.
