There is no lock in contract, your agreement will extend automatically each month for a period of one month until you give Metro Storage 7 days’ notice of your intention to vacate.

The minimum stay is 1 month of storage, you are able to vacate your unit at any time after this provided you have provided the required 7 days’ notice of your intention to vacate

Metro Storage does not offer a pick-up service for your goods but we can recommend reliable removalists or take advantage of our FREE use of ute to move your goods in to storage.

Clause 8.1 of the terms and conditions in your storage agreement states that you must give not less than 7 days’ notice of your intention to move out.

Yes, you can reserve your unit for a $30 refundable deposit.

Yes, all our facilities provide ample off-street parking.

As you hold the key to your unit, you are the only person (or anyone you provide the key too) able to access your unit and goods.
